Ledstone Road marks our inaugural project, acquired in July 2025. After a year-long renovation, we transformed the property entirely, notably converting the basement into a livable area with new stairs connecting it to the kitchen. Every room has been revitalized, including an updated kitchen and bathroom. The exterior received a modern touch with silicone rendering applied to the rear and side, completing a striking renovation that enhances both function and aesthetics.
